An alternative delivery address can be entered during the checkout process. If you require urgent delivery of your items please call us on 01237 479847 to discuss options for faster delivery. Deliveries to some rural areas can sometimes take longer to arrive, please bear this in mind when you are selecting your delivery method.
We aim to despatch same day for orders taken before 1.30pm Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holidays)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day)
Take advantage of special delivery next working day service for a guaranteed delivery of urgent items before 1 pm. Requires a signature on receipt. Maximum weight 10 kg. Please call to confirm that this option is available on the day you place your order.
Royal Mail First Class
Aims to deliver your parcel for the next working day including Saturday but can take up to 4 days depending on location. Maximum weight 6kg
Royal Mail Second Class
Aims to deliver your parcel by the third working day after posting including Saturday but can take up to 7 days depending on location. Maximum weight 1kg
Parcel Force By 10 AM
Guaranteed Next Working Day Parcel delivery by 10 am to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signatures upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg
Parcel Force By 12 Noon
Guaranteed next working day parcel delivery by 12 noon to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signature upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg
Parcel Force 24
Guaranteed next working day parcel delivery to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signature upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg

International
Mainland Europe delivery – aims to deliver your parcel in 3 to 8 working days. Requires a signature on receipt, all parcels over 2kg are tracked. Other International options are available, please call if you need more information.
My Hermes
3-5 day delivery, with the option to have your parcel left at a designated ‘SAFE PLACE’ for no extra charge or you can provide a mobile or landline number to receive a call when the delivery driver arrives.
